All About the 191o House
The 1910 House features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Guests have the option to rent one of the three bedrooms, depending on their number and preferences.
There are (24) tickets available for the September 13th event. If you cannot make it on this day, or if tickets are sold out, JOIN THE WAITLIST. We may open another session for folks who cannot make it to this event.
We also host monthly crafting sessions -some online, some in person. When you join the waitlist, we will let you know about these, as well.

While Regency attire is most delightfully encouraged, it is by no means required. You may find yourself quite at ease in a soft sundress, flowing skirt, dainty blouse, or ballet flats. Anything comfortable yet charming will do. And should you own a shirt bearing your devotion to Mr. Darcy, we shan’t object in the slightest.

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:
Admission: Your ticket grants access to the full event program on Saturday, September 13, 2025, including workshops, refreshments, tea service, and all scheduled activities.
Age Requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older.
All-Inclusive Ticket: All materials and refreshments are included in your ticket price. There are no additional fees or add-ons.
Photography & Media: By attending, you grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used by The Ferns and Handcrafted Over Tea for marketing or archival purposes.
2. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of this event and the preparation involved, we do not offer refunds unless we are able to resell your ticket to someone on the waitlist.
If we are unable to resell your ticket, your purchase will be considered a contribution toward the event and is non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
More About The Ferns Property
The Ferns is comprised of several buildings, including The 1910 House, The Clubhouse, The Pavilion, and the Cottage. Guests can rent different configurations of these spaces for overnight accommodations and social gatherings.
All overnight guests have access to the outside amenities and spaces, including the pool, hot tub, and The Pavilions summer kitchen, bar, and seating.
Guests visiting for a gathering will have a variety of amenities provided, depending on the desires of their host. The Ferns does have a set of cafe tables, linens, and Chiavari chairs available for a modest rental fee to support small parties, or compliment the demands of larger events. Inquire with the host for more information on event coordination.

Events & Gatherings
The Ferns is not only a charming guesthouse but also a captivating destination for celebrating some of life’s most precious moments. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with personalized service and attention to detail, has made The Ferns a favorite choice for events for locals and travelers alike.
A variety of events have been hosted at The Ferns, including a boho backyard wedding, boozy tea parties, seasonal mahjong gatherings, charity events, book club parties, Trivia Night, Movie Nights, Garden Parties, Pool Parties, celebrations of friendship, and engagement showers.
We also host two parties each year for the Austin County Rodeo and the Small Town Christmas parades.

Bellville is a charming small town known for its rich history and welcoming atmosphere.
Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the scenic countryside, local farms, and nature trails. Bellville also hosts several popular annual events which attract visitors from around the region. In other words, you’ll never run out of things to do things to do in and around Bellville.
